NO GYM OCR Training Guide and Meal Plan
This online 6 week guide will help prepare you mentally, physically and nutritionally for your upcoming Obstacle Course Race (OCR)! You will be given a list of workouts, a workout calendar and a meal plan based on your goals and current state.
These workouts are guaranteed to increase you cardio endurance and strength! No gym required!
-Pull Up Bar (Can use a removable door way one, or one at the park)
-Assistance bands (Recommended for beginners and intermediate level)
